Balancing act
Coaches pick teams to beat in new OAA divisions
By C & G Football Staff
The Oakland Activities Association has a new look again this season after a handful of teams were shuffled between the league’s three divisions.
In order to help fans make sense of the new divisions, especially when trying to figure out which teams to look out for, the C & G football staff asked all its local coaches to tell us which three teams they expect to see atop their respective leagues come season’s end.
Teams received three points for each first-place vote, a second-place vote was worth two points and a third-place vote garnered one point. Teams following the top three are listed alphabetically.
Because the Catholic High School League and the Metro Conference did not undergo significant realigning, there was no poll taken for those leagues.
